United States – Lefort, which has been developing and manufacturing hydraulic shears and balers for 70 years, has announced a move to new corporate headquarters for its American operation in response to ‘continued growth’.
Lefort America’s new base is at Sunrise in the state of Florida. ‘Our newly-acquired building now gives us nearly 15 000 square feet of combined office and warehouse space, which will allow us to provide the best possible after-sales support for our current, as well as our future customers,’ the company states.
In other developments, John Olsen has become Lefort America’s sales manager for its western region while Jon Miller has been hired as product support director, to which role he brings more than 30 years of equipment experience.
