Get to know ICM’s events
The Swiss organisation ICM has been hosting conferences dedicated to various recycling topics for 30 years now. The shows have an integrated pavilion where companies can exhibit their latest recycling solutions.
The main themes covered by ICM are;
- electronics recycling
- battery recycling
- car recycling
These themes are represented during the annual IERC, ICBR and IARC. The conference travels across Europe, taking place in Spain, Austria, Belgium and Switzerland in recently. Every year, the programme includes recycling experts from the host country as well as recyclers from abroad.
They discuss popular recycling trends, emerging technology, new legislation, design principles, R&D, amongst other things. There is always room to showcase best practice stories to help recyclers innovate.
ICM’s slogan ‘bringing people together’ has definitely boosted recycling awareness across the value chain.
