Swiss event organiser ICM has opened the call for papers for the International Electronics Recycling Conference. It will take place in Salzburg, Austria, from 22-24 January 2025.
Electronics recycling specialists are invited to submit an abstract before 30 September. Talks may cover a wide range of topics, including new technology, legislation, R&D and safety.
The three-day event welcomed over 500 delegates from around the world last year. It includes an integrated exhibition (with around 60 booths) as well as a networking dinner and a tour of Montanwerke Brixlegg AG’s copper recycling facility.
For over 20 years, IERC has been highlighting electronics recycling best practices while sparking debate. This is becoming ever more important in light of the transition towards a circular economy.
