Machinery components manufacturer Inducore Group has acquired Presona, a major producer of balers with pre-press technology. Presona will be integrated into Inducore’s System Solutions business area.
Inducore already includes several specialised operational businesses that provide system solutions, products, components, logistics solutions and contract manufacturing.
Long-term approach
‘We are very pleased that Inducore will become our new owner,’ says Presona board chairman Stefan Bengtsson. ‘They are known for their long-term approach and deep understanding of how to develop industrial companies. We see several potential synergies that will strengthen both Presona and Inducore’s other businesses.’

Business opportunity
According to Inducore ceo Magnus Biesse, Presona ‘aligns well’ with its strategy. ‘We look forward to developing the business further in close collaboration with the team in Tomelilla.’
Through the deal, Inducore acquires 100% of the shares in Presona.
