The Netherlands – Netherlands-based Nihot Recycling Technology, together with Bulk Handling Systems Europe and National Recovery Technologies, are returning to the RWM trade fair in the UK to showcase their latest items of integrated technology. The event takes place at Birmingham’s NEC on September 16-18.
Nihot is to present the Single Drum Separator (SDS) i-Series which, according to the company, features ′numerous improvements′ over previous models. The firm′s sales manager Joep Barenbrug explains that, whereas the previous model was required to be turned off in order to adjust the settings, ′operators can now make adjustments easily and while in operation′.
In addition, the i-Series has been designed in such a way that it fits inside a single shipping container. ′It will show up fully assembled and ready to perform,′ Barenbrug underlines.
The SDS i-Series will be available initially in two sizes: the SDS 650-i and SDS 800-i. These can be used for handling construction and demolition waste, single-stream glass clean-up, municipal solid waste, e-scrap and metals. At the RWM trade fair, Nihot will have a fully-operational unit ready for demonstration.
