RWM gets helping hand from Richard Branson

United Kingdom – A host of ‘exciting new features’ have been devised to attract a higher cross-sector attendance at RWM 2015, the international resource management and recycling innovation trade show taking place at the NEC in the UK’s second city of Birmingham from September 15 to 17.

According to the event’s organiser, ‘nearly 700 exhibitors’ are expected to present their products and services. The show, which is supported by 22 RWM ambassadors including big brands such as Nestlé and Unilever, is introducing a dedicated area on the show floor to be known as the RWM Launchpad. This gives start-ups with ‘game-changing business innovations’ the opportunity to showcase products and services to an industry audience of more than 13 000 professionals.

In advance of the show, entrepreneurs will be given an opportunity to help grow their businesses through RWM’s partner, Virgin Media Business. The ‘Pitch to Rich’ campaign enables organisations to present their ideas to a panel of judges including high-profile businessman and investor Richard Branson, best known as founder of the Virgin Group.

The trade show will also include a dedicated recycling and reprocessing technologies zone designed to ‘bring to life the environmental and financial benefits of recycling’.
