Since integrating the Blue Devil pre-shredder into their scrap metal shredding line in March 2023, Alfa Recycling has experienced remarkable improvements in efficiency and productivity.
According to company md Karl-David Schlehenkamp, the Blue Devil pre-shredder has enabled the company to achieve a 30 to 40% increase in scrap processing capability of their hammer mill, while significantly reducing downtime and eliminating damaging unshreddables from the scrap flow.
