Founded in 1948 in Piove di Sacco originally as trade and then as treatment plant, Panizzolo Recycling Systems soon focuses, thanks to direct experiences, in designing and selling machines and solutions to transform the scrap in valuable raw material, providing both the European and non-European markets.

The secondary raw material is classified – and incorporated by furnaces, steelworks and industries must meet high standards of purity, therefore our treatment cycles and refining cycle are designed to maximise activity production, allowing the total recovery of raw materials and their direct return into the business cycle.

R&D

Annually, the company invests on average the 4% of turnover in Research and Development activities. This allows Panizzolo to create new patented solutions. The company’s presented various innovations during the last edition of Ecomondo in Rimini, Italy. This inclused new machine models dedicated to grinding and refining scrap.

‘The design of specific independent treatment groups from each other allows you to always maximise the recovery of metals from mixed and highly worn waste, adding the ability to perform step-by-step processing,’ Panizzolo says. ‘The specialised units are characterised by their modularity and flexibility, allowing companies to keep up with the changing market conditions.’
