Industrial and Waste Corporate
Account Manager
Caterpillar is looking for an individual with extensive background in the scrap/steel mill
and waste recycling business. The position requires a good level of knowledge of the
European scrap/steel mill and recycling customers. The individual will leverage his/her
experience to improve sales closure rates, increase customer loyalty, and build long-term
partnerships with key customers.
The chosen candidate will assist Caterpillar in the following areas:
• Developing effective relationships with major scrap/steel mill and recycling customers
to achieve sales objectives.
• Developing and implement strategies for key customers in conjunction with the
Caterpillar dealer network.
• Working with key customers to optimize their equipment fleet by leveraging on
Caterpillar’s solution portfolio and extensive knowledge base.
This position requires:
• Expert knowledge of the scrap/steel mills /recycling industry and extensive experience
in building long lasting customer relationships.
• A college/university degree, or equivalent experience and fluency in English.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, to communicate effectively and to influence
others.
As this position will be located in one of our European Offices, we are looking for a
candidate based in Europe.
