Italy – This year’s IdentiPlast conference is to be staged in the ancient Italian city of Rome on April 29-30.
′For the past 18 years, the event has provided a forum for sharing know-how in recovering, identifying, sorting and recycling plastics from different waste streams,′ organiser PlasticsEurope points out to prospective delegates. Taking place close to the famous Trevi Fountain, the event will provide updates on various hot topics, including: extended producer responsibility; solutions for biodegradable plastics; ocean plastics; recycled plastics used in cars; new sorting technologies; and America’s plastic waste legislation.
The winner of the European Association of Plastic Recycling and Recovery Organisations′ Best Recycled Plastic Product Competition 2015 will be revealed at the conference.
