United States – US company TNT Metal & Recycling is calling on businesses and collectors with ‘an excess of auto parts’ to bring in their unwanted AC compressors, generators, aluminium wheels, etc for scrapping. With its offer of a ‘competitive price’, TNT hopes to increase its scrap metal recycling service throughout the state of Pennsylvania.
‘Car owners understand that the entire car cannot always be scrapped and that some parts are worth more than others due to demand,’ the company says.
Many vehicle owners are still largely unaware that what is left of their car could be eligible for scrapping – whether it has been in an accident or is simply lying around in the garage. Furthermore, rebuilders will be more likely to find used parts ‘that are perfect for their existing project – like rebuilding a classic car’, the company notes.
TNT is a family-owned business with over 25 years of experience in recycling mainly non-ferrous as well as ferrous metals.
