Kobelco sharpens focus on scrap and demolition markets

United States – Crawler excavator specialist Kobelco Construction Machinery USA has appointed David Donneral as its specialized machinery sales manager as part of the company’s drive ‘to expand its commitment to the demolition, scrap and forestry markets’, with vice president of operations Randy Hall describing them as ‘growing parts of our business’.

The new recruit will be responsible for ‘researching the need for specialized machinery and gaining insight from customers and attachment manufacturers to develop machine enhancements’, says the Texas-based firm.

‘He will also continue to expand Kobelco’s distribution locations through dealer recruitment, implement proper training for Kobelco dealers on specialized machinery, and market specialty models at trade shows.’

Donneral brings to the role 13 years of marketing and business development experience within the scrap and demolition industries. Previous companies include ROMCO Equipment, CLM Equipment and Strongco Equipment.
