On November 13-16 this year, Swiss recycling congress organiser ICM will stage its third International Conference & Exhibition on Car, Electronics & Battery Recycling at the Hotel Shangri-La Pudong in the Chinese city of Shanghai.
ICM is expecting to attract more than 250 delegates from the fields of technology, manufacturing, logistics and policy-making. Topics likely to be discussed will include: car, electronics and battery manufacturers’ recycling activities; latest developments within the recycling industry; best available technologies, plants and processes; collection and take-back programmes; and new laws and regulations.
According to ICM, delegates will have an opportunity to visit the electronics manufacturing plant of the Lenovo Group, the car dismantling operation of the Shanghai Eastern China Vehicle Dismantling Co., and a metal and plastics recycling plant within the Taicang Port Secondary Resources Importing & Processing Zone. In addition, the conference offers delegates an opportunity to: meet new and existing clients; market their services and products; and network with Asia’€™s emerging companies.
Anyone interested in giving a presentation at the conference should send a short abstract to the organisers before June 1.
