United States – US-based Machinex Group subsidiary Machinex Technologies has opened an office in High Point, North Carolina. This move represents what it describes as a ‘first step’ towards enhancing its presence in the US market.
The new premises incorporate a sales office and a warehouse for spare parts. The aim is to ‘bring the existing team together under one roof and will presently be very beneficial in increasing our US market development and customer support’, according to Machinex’s North American Sales Manager Chris Hawn. ‘The addition of parts inventory and after-sales service allows us the opportunity to support our present and future customers quickly with the sense of expedience that should be expected.’
Established some 30 years ago, Machinex Group designs recycling sorting systems and specialises in providing complete engineering design as well as manufacturing and installation of material recycling facilities.
