An automatic supply and drainage system can also be added.
The tunnel is sufficiently deep to ensure effective de-magnetisation of even those products in the centre of the basket. In contrast to conventional de-magnetising systems, the belt can be stopped while products are inside the tunnel without triggering a considerable increase in the internal temperature.
Due to its 100% activation period, the tunnel is said to be ideal for very long products such as railway bars, or for ’infinite’ products such as steel cables and wires. For continuous processes, the tunnel can be fitted with a transport or roller belt.
