Stena Technoworld acquires Italian e-waste recycler

Archiv – Sweden / Italy | Last week Stena Technoworld – one of Europe’s largest specialists in electronics recycling – acquired the MP Ambiente Group. MP Ambiente is one of the main electronics recyclers (WEEE) in Italy having three operative plants: Elettro Recycling in Milan, R.P.S. Ambiente and Videorecycling, both in Verona.

With the acquisition of MP Ambiente, Stena Technoworld becomes one of the main companies in the WEEE recycling sector also in Italy.

Early 2009, Stena Technoworld entered the Italian WEEE market with the aqusition of Siat, a historical Italian WEEE recycler in the area of Brescia.
