United Kingdom/India – The organiser of RWM (Recycling & Waste Management), the leading UK exhibition in its field, has launched a new event in India.
RWM India will take place at the Pragati Maiden exhibition centre in New Delhi from 14 to 16 May 2013. The announcement comes as part of an agreement between RWM organiser Emap and Mack Brooks Exhibitions.
Gerry Sherwood, Event Director of RWM in partnership with The Chartered Institution of Wastes Management, said: ‘With an urban population of approximately 285 million and a rapidly developing economy, India is emerging as one of the most important markets in the world for resource and waste management.’
Exhibitors at this year’s RWM were able to find out more about the new international venture and register their interest as potential exhibitors there, as well as receiving a free market report on the state of the Indian waste management sector, by visiting a sales office during the Birmingham event last week.
Sherwood continued: ‘The combination of RWM, Mack Brooks and Aquatech will present a great opportunity for products and services suppliers looking to export to a significant and growing market.’
Mack Brooks has a proven track record of over 35 years running international events and an extensive network of branches and partners globally.
