For Recycling International, the latest ISRI Convention & Expo was so much more than another big recycling event as the show in Nashville marked the kick-off of our birthday party.

This May 25 years ago, the first issue of a then new business magazine covering the broad and global recycling industry rolled off the presses. Some 250 issues on, Recycling International is still here, standing strong in both print and online.

To celebrate this milestone, the RI team brought a ‘Wall-Of-Fame’ to its ISRI2023 booth in Music City Center spotlighting the most eye-catching magazine covers from the past 25 years. This attracted the attention of many of the record-breaking 6 600 attendees and some had their photo and video taken in front of the display. Check the first selection of pictures below.

THE PARTY GOES ON: RI’s Wall of Fame will pop up again at the BIR Convention on 22-24 May in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. So, if you attend, do stop by our booth and have your portrait taken.

Every shot will be published on recyclinginternational.com and through our social media channels.
