* Metal Management
Albert Cozzi, Frank Cozzi, Gregory Cozzi and their sister Therese Cozzi Freeman left Chicago-based Metal Management early in 2004, along with three other employees. The U.S. company has appointed New York-based investment banker Daniel Dienst as its new CEO. Mr Dienst has been Metal Management’s Chairman since April last year and has served as a Director since June 2001. In addition, Harold Rouster has been appointed Vice President and President of Metal Management’€™s Central U.S.’€™s region executive posts.

* Aluminum Association
Craig P. Eddy, President and CEO of Coastal Aluminum Rolling Mills Inc. of Williamsport, Pennsylvania, U.S., has begun his term as the new Chairman of the Washington-based Aluminum Association. Mr Eddy succeeds Alcan Inc.’€™s Executive Vice President Brian Sturgell, who had completed a two-year term as the association’€™s Chairman.
