Meet RI’s new sales man Bert Brassée

Recycling International has welcomed Bert Brassée as the magazine’s new global sales manager. He succeeds Judith Wanjala.

Brassée started in his new job in September and meanwhile has visited several major recycling trade shows, including Pollutec in Lyon, France and the battery recycling event ICBR in Valencia, Spain. Next on his list is Ecomondo in Rimini, Italy.

‘So far so good,’ says Brassée. ‘It’s great to talk with equipment and tech solutions providers and learn about this fascinating industry,’ he says.

No rookie

Brassée brings 25 years of experience in B2B publishing, including 15 years in the metals industry, primarily across Germany, the UK, Belgium and the Netherlands. He studied German literature and speaks fluent German.
