Housed in a powder-coated lockable cabinet, Fuel Manager is fully integrated and compatible with all SEDA fluid drainage systems. It comes equipped with: fully-integrated filter units; a UL-listed pump and dispensing unit; and a mechanical counter to monitor volume.
’Fuel is too valuable to waste at any time,’ observes Michael Hoeher, Director of Business Development at SEDA Environmental. ’The new SEDA Fuel Manager is an optimal solution for turning otherwise useless rusty, oily or water-mixed reclaimed fuel into clean, valuable gasoline. Used with any SEDA fluid evacuation system with a gas quality control unit, the Fuel Manager enables auto recyclers to maximise their returns from end-of-life vehicles by letting them use clean, reclaimed gasoline to run their own vehicles.’
Following the draining process, two integrated filter units remove particulates as small as 3 microns as well as all traces of moisture from reclaimed fuel. Lifting the Fuel Manager’s nozzle from its cradle automatically starts the unit’s integrated UL-listed, ATEX-approved pump, thereby enabling operators to transfer the clean, reclaimed gasoline to the fuel tanks of their fleet vehicles.
