ELG snaps up Shearer Mormet

Shearer Mormet will continue to operate independently under the direction of Alan Scott, who will remain as Managing Director. Together with David McCartney Snr, who heads up ELG’s existing branch in Irvine, Scotland, he will be responsible for ELG business in the country.
The tie-up with the ELG group will give Shearer Mormet additional financial and technical strength and will aid the continuing development of the business, it has been stated.
