Pallmann Group has acquired technology from Swiss company BP Recycling Systems to advance its briquetting and pelletising expertise.
The business deal was made via Pallmann Industries, based in Clifton, USA. The value of the transaction is not being disclosed.
Pallmann is a German specialist provider of equipment and services for size reduction and preparation techniques in various industries. Its portfolio includes more than 1 000 machines able to process soft to hard materials, brittle to viscoelastic and fibrous.
Pallmann was founded in 1903 and has been a family owned manufacturing firm for seven generations. It employs more than 700 workers worldwide.
