United States – US-based Amlon Environmental Services has acquired a majority stake in Alpha Omega Recycling of Longview, Texas. The deal is claimed to position both companies as ‘a market leader’ in directly managing, processing and recycling spent catalysts and other metal scrap.

According to Mark Wayne, president of Alpha Omega Recycling, the experience and expertise brought together through this transaction is ‘unmatched’.
