United States – Major US metals recycler Alter Trading Corporation has purchased All Metals Recycling, based in Ottumwa in the state of Iowa. All Metals was previously owned by Greg Goldizen, who will continue to be a supplier to Alter and will retain his separate business operating as Goldy’s Auto Salvage in Ottumwa.

With this acquisition, Alter now operates 52 metal recycling facilities with 1220 employees and five trading offices in eight US states, as well as a representative sales office in Hong Kong.

Headquartered in St Louis, Alter provides direct supply sourced both in the USA and abroad, and delivers to consumers worldwide.
