Germany – Owing to differences of opinion as to how the association should develop, Raffael A. Fruscio has stepped down from his position as President of the Federal Association of Dual Systems in Germany (BDSD) with immediate effect. Mr Fruscio is Director of Redual GmbH which serves as one of the Dual systems in Germany; the company has also resigned as a BDSD member.
