Germany/North America – Underlining its commitment to the North American market, Germany’s Pallmann Group has installed Rolf Gren as General Manager for Pallmann Industries North America.
According to the global size-reduction technology leader, Mr Gren will take up his new role with immediate effect while continuing to serve as Senior Executive VP and President of Pallmann China.
The company has been an active player in North America for over 50 years and the decision has now been taken to expand its activities in this market. Mr Gren states: ‘We believe that the American market represents a great potential for the recycling industry. With growing public awareness and new policies, this vast market offers many opportunities for renewable resources and innovative recycling technologies.’
The new focus on North America is designed to introduce and support further innovations, including recycling solutions relating to wood, paper, plastics, rubber/tyres, metals, textiles and other materials.
