To take place at the Kempinski
Hotel alongside the famous Dead
Sea in Jordan, RecShow ’08 will be
an exhibition and congress dedi-
cated to recycling in the Middle
East. The congress has attracted
the attention of participants
worldwide: professionals in 25
countries have submitted 50 ab-
stracts covering various recycling
and waste management technolo-
gies and techniques. Up to 100 ex-
hibition participants – coming
mainly from the Middle East, Eu-
rope and Asia – will display equip-
ment and machinery, complete re-
cycling lines, and water and waste
water treatment systems.
The three-day event will provide
opportunities for professionals in
the environmental arena to net-
work, build relationships and ex-
plore new ideas, as well as to im-
prove environmental policy and pro-
tection through discussion of the
different viewpoints and challenges.
The congress is organised by
Middle East Economic Engineer-
ing Forum (MEEF) and is being
held with Jordanian Royal Patron-
age and support from Jordan’s
Ministry of Environment.
