Germany – Building on the success of last year’s trade show, which saw a 37% rise in visitors, the fourth edition of Recycling Technik has been announced to take place from 10-11 May 2017 in Dortmund, Germany.
The popular event will once again include presentations by leading researchers from the Fraunhofer Institute as well as recycling pioneers from leading German firms. Besides innovative equipment and novel processes, the show will also provide insight into market trends such as urban mining and resource efficiency.
No less than 6551 trade professionals attended Recycling Technik, which was held in parallel with the Solids trade show – with tickets allowing visitors access to both events. A total of 209 out of 450 exhibitors offered recycling technology solutions, which represents an increase of 33%.
Over 85% of the exhibitors stated that they expect to generate business deals from the contacts they had made. This is due to the fact that more than 60% of the attendees hold a senior position in their company.
The fourth edition of Recycling Technik will be organised in Dortmund’s industrial hub at Messe Westfalenhallen.
