Italy – Some 1200 exhibitors and more than 100 000 visitors from more than 40 countries are expected to converge on the Italian city of Rimini in November for the Ecomondo trade show.
According to organisers, delegates will find all the major technological innovations to help them improve their management and handling of scrap – from the latest products in the solid and liquid waste markets, to collection vehicles and industrial cleaning and maintenance.
There will be a special focus on equipment and technologies for the selection and recovery of ferrous and non-ferrous scrap, the treatment of special and hazardous materials, and the recovery and treatment of e-scrap.
The exhibition will be supported by a number of events, including a conference entitled ‘Municipal waste management in urban areas’ which will compare international experience from the perspective of the circular economy.
Ecomondo 2017 will take place on November 17-20 at the Rimini Expo Centre.
