Reclay’s majority share in UFH packaging division

Austria / Germany – Germany’s Reclay Group has acquired a majority share in UFH Verpackung Systembetreiber GmbH, part of UFH Holding of Austria.

The Reclay Group has many years of experience in the provision of packaging recycling consultancy services to manufacturers and trade outlets. Its aim is to improve its competitive position with regard to the commercial packaging sector within the Austrian recycling industry.
