In two years, California’s buoyant metal recycler CASS is moving its scrap processing operation,
including an aluminium ingots manufacturing line, to a nearby site. ‘There are still some environmen-
tal issues to be resolved’, the company’s ceo Edward Kangeter tells Recycling International.
