TechnoCycle opens second Texas facility

United States – US electronics waste recycling company TechnoCycle is building a new facility in San Antonio, Texas, to service customers in the San Antonio and Austin areas.

The 30 000-square-foot venture will provide services such as data erasure and shredding, while the firm will also offer off-site e-waste services to clients in the area.

The new facility will be similar to TechnoCycle’s existing base in Houston, according to owner and founder Mike Buckles. ‘We see a growing demand for the secure and environmentally responsible disposal of end-of-life technology,’ he says. ‘Providing better coverage for Texas has always been our long-term goal. As the second largest city in Texas, this is a significant step for us.’
