Eldan delivers cable recycling plant to Italy

Denmark/Italy – For many years, Europe was the main sales market for Denmark’€™s Eldan Recycling. And although the company has installed recycling equipment in more than 60 countries worldwide, the ‘€˜old continent’€™ remains an important outlet.

Indeed, Eldan recently delivered and installed a complete new granulation and separation plant for cable recycling to an existing customer in Italy. Designed to process mixed cable at a rate of approximately 4 tons per production hour, the system includes a Multi-Purpose Rasper (MPR160), a Heavy Granulator (HG169), a Fine Granulator (FG1504), a Separation Table (C22) and a Classifier (PC12). The order is worth around Euro 1 million. Eldan Recycling is a leading manufacturer of equipment for recycling a variety of materials, including tyres, cable, waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and refrigerators. It has sold more than 830 complete plants and 7100 single machines. www.eldan-recycling.com
