Services & Conditions

You can contact our subscription service if you have not received an edition of Recycling International. We will deliver the relevant edition as soon as possible. If you want to report a change of address, you can also contact with our subscription service.

Your account number consists of 7 digits and can be found on the wrapper of the sheet, on a confirmation or on your invoice. You can also request your customer number by sending an email to [email protected]

There are several ways to change or extend your subscription. View all subscription types here. If your desired choice is not listed, please do contact with our subscription service.

Pay & Invoice


We offer the following payment methods for the payment of products:

By paying with iDEAL you pay for your purchase directly through the trusted and secure internet payment environment of your own bank.

Credit card
You can pay with a Visa, Maestro or Mastercard Pay. Your payment details are securely encrypted via an HTTPS connection with SSL certificate.

Other payment methods

Other payment methods we offer are Bancontact and Mister Cash (Belgium).

If you have returned a product or canceled an order, the following refund terms apply:
– iDeal: 10 working days
– Credit card: the reservation of the canceled amount will be canceled within 10 working days.

After paying for a product in our webshop, you will receive an email with the confirmation of your order.

No direct debit mandates are offered in this webshop. You can use a number of other payment methods such as iDeal and Creditcard.

If a product is not what you expected it to be, you can return it. After you have received (the last product of) your order, you have 14 days to indicate that you want to return a product. The product to be returned must then be sent within 14 days. Some products cannot be returned (see Returns).
If you want to use the 14-day reflection period or cancel your order, please let us know in writing (by e-mail). You can use the model form that you download here.

We provide a 30-day warranty on our products. If your product breaks during normal use within this period, you can contact our customer service on 088 2944 700.

After you have indicated within 14 days of receiving (the last product of) your order that you want to return a product, you have 14 days to send the product, provided that the product concerned is undamaged, unused and has the original packaging.
From the day of receipt, you therefore have a total of 28 days to return the product. This is possible without giving any reason.

Products that you cannot return or exchange:
– Downloaded e-books;
– Downloaded software;
– CDs, DVDs and software (CD-ROMs) that have been unsealed ;
– Personalized products;
– Single magazines
– Physical or digital gift certificates.

The costs for return shipping are not reimbursed. Therefore, make sure that the mail item has sufficient postage and is properly packaged, so that (further) damage is prevented. Preferably use the original packaging in which you received the product. Also include the packing slip and a note with your details (including your e-mail address) and order number in the package, so that we know which order it concerns.

Replace damaged products
Despite the fact that we handle your order with care, it may happen that it arrives damaged. In that case you can return a product. Please contact with our customer service.

If you have received a product that is not the right product or that is incomplete, damaged or defective, it is possible to request a new one. product. First let us know in writing (by e-mail) that you want to exchange a product. You can use a model form for this that you download here.

Then first return the product you want to exchange. When it comes to an exchange, after receiving your product, we will send you a unique discount code by e-mail for the full purchase amount, including shipping costs. With this discount code you can order the replacement product in our webshop. Do not forget to provide your e-mail address when returning.

Order & Delivery

If you subscribe to the trade magazine Recycling International, you will automatically receive a 7.5% discount on your order. This discount will automatically be deducted from your shopping cart after you have logged in.

If you have not yet paid, you can see what you are going to order in your shopping cart and make any changes.

After you have placed and paid for an order, it cannot be changed. You can only cancel your order if it has not yet been shipped. If all this does not work and you still receive your order, you can always return a product within 14 days.

If an order has been paid for but not shipped yet, you can cancel it within 2 weeks. Please contact with our customer service. If cancellation is no longer possible, you can always return a product for free within 14 days.

Our standard shipping costs are € 2.95 for delivery in the Netherlands and € 4.95 for delivery in Belgium. When you place an order of € 85 or more, we do not charge shipping costs.

If an order is in stock and you live in the Netherlands, you will normally receive it within 2-3 business days. For Belgium you will normally receive your order within 4-5 working days. Products that are not in stock may take a little longer on the road.

Should delivery of the products fail within 30 days due to unexpected circumstances, we will let you know as soon as possible after the order. You then have the right to cancel the order free of charge.

Products you buy in our webshop will be delivered in the Netherlands by Post NL.

Delivery to another address
You can also have an order delivered to another address. During the checkout of your order you will be offered an option, where you can specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address. This is useful if you want to send someone a product as a gift.

Is the delivery of a product taking longer than expected and would you like to know the status of your order? Please contact with our customer service.

If an order is in stock and you live in the Netherlands, you will normally receive it within 2-3 business days. Products that are not in stock, can take more time to deliver.
