RWM spotlights latest technologies and solutions

It’s counting down to RWM 2019, the UK’s largest trade show for recycling and waste management which takes place at the NEC in Birmingham on 11-12 September.

The two-day event once again brings practically the entire sustainability and environmental industry together under one roof. More than 500 exhibitors will showcase their latest innovative equipment.

Waste management hot-shots

A highlight of RWM is the Leaders of the Waste World panel debate, comprising the leaders of three of the biggest waste management companies in the UK: Suez ceo David Palmer-Jones, new Biffa ceo Michael Topham and Phil Piddington, managing director of Viridor.

Great speaker line-up

The seminar programme includes talks by Dr Annie Meier of Nasa, Tom Szaky of TerraCycle, as well as BBC journalist and presenter Jeremy Paxman of Clean Up Britain. This year is set to be bigger than ever with the launch of new features like the AI & Robotics Zone, the evolution of the Zero Emissions Zone, a dedicated Waste Tech Theatre and the return of Materials World.

Recycling professionals gathering

RWM is the UK’s largest recycling and waste management exhibition, welcoming over 22 000 delegates to the NEC, alongside its co-located shows: Future Resource Expo, The Contamination Expo Series, Flood Expo, and the Fasteners Expo.
