Ohio welcomes new glass recycling facility

United States – IT asset recycling specialist Regency Technologies has unveiled a new operation in affiliation with Dlubak Glass Company – one of America’s largest recyclers of television and computer monitor CRT glass.

Located in Ohio alongside both recyclers, the operation will be focusing on the safe and environmentally sound breakdown, dismantling and recycling of any CRT glass-containing device.

Using its experience in electronic scrap recycling, Regency Technologies will break down all incoming monitors into separate recyclable materials, including CRT glass, plastic, wire and metals. The CRT glass will then be recycled by Dlubak Glass into furnace-ready cullet. Subsequent applications may include road surfacing, building construction and aggregate.
