The Dutch embassy in France and its regional economic representation, NBSO Lyon, will represent the Netherlands at the Pollutec trade show in Lyon on 10-13 October.

A Dutch pavilion will be hosting 20 organisations and companies active in recycling, water management and energy. Among them are machinery manufacturer BOA Recycling Systems and Holland Circular Hotspot, a private-public platform to promote and support international collaboration and knowledge exchange on the Dutch circular economy.

E-mobility

Pollutec 2023 also host some speakers and among them is Caroline Mini, sustainability manager at Verkor. Founded in July 2020, Verkor is fast-tracking the production of low-carbon batteries in Europe, to respond to the continent’s growing demand for electric vehicles, e-mobility and stationary storage. Verkor will open its ‘fully digital 4.0 pilot line’ in 2023, as part of the Gigafactory project due in 2025.
